Louise advises on a wide range of financial services regulatory matters with a focus on markets regulation.

She regularly works on advice for financial institutions including financial market infrastructures, private banks, investment firms, asset managers, brokers. Recent work highlights cover the UK’s regulatory reform post-Brexit and divergence from EU law, capital markets developments in the UK and EU, innovation in digital assets law and and evolving legislation both in the UK and EU on operational resilience and third parties.

Louise frequently writes articles and client briefings on key matters relating to markets regulation. As a member of the knowledge team, she monitors and analyses arising regulatory developments relevant to UK and EU capital and secondary markets. She is also involved with a number of trade association and other industry initiatives relating to UK regulatory issues and developing legislation.
