Lisa is an experienced antitrust specialist who helps businesses navigate complex transactions and fast changing regulatory environments.

She focuses on strategic, cross border merger control and large regulatory investigations and enforcement action across a variety of industries, including digital platforms, energy and resources and financial services. Lisa brings highly commercial, specialist advice and deep sector expertise to a range of business structures and transactions, including M&A, joint ventures and other collaborative arrangements. She also helps her clients with the full range of dealings with antitrust regulators, including merger review, market studies and enforcement action.
