Laurie specialises on employment law matters. She advises financial institutions, funds/private equity players, insurance companies, multinationals and other corporate clients on the full range of individual and collective employment law topics including contractual documentation, discrimination/harassment issues, separation cases, litigation procedures and immigration procedure.

She also has experience on regulatory remuneration restrictions in the financial sector (CRDIV and CRDV, AIFMD).

She joined Allen & Overy in October 2017 in the framework of her judicial training, which she completed by successfully passing her final bar exam in December 2020.

In the course of her judicial training, Laurie has won the « Prix Paris-Montreal de la Francophonie » 2019 organised by the Young Bar of Montreal where she was representing Luxembourg.
