Lachlan has particular experience of managing major complex syndicated transactions in the real estate industry. Lachlan has experience acting for both lenders and sponsors and has strong relations with the major banks and developers in the Asia-Pacific region.
Lachlan has experience of a wide range of commercial and real estate finance transactions including private acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic structuring, refinancing and restructurings.
