Khush acts for companies across a variety of sectors including financial services, sports, transport and construction. He co-founded A&O Shearman’s Sport Sector Group and regularly writes on developments in the sports sector, with a particular focus on regulation. He was seconded to the firm’s Abu Dhabi office as a trainee.
Khush advises on a broad range of complex disputes, with experience of representing clients in commercial litigation, investigations, antitrust litigation and sports disputes.

Scania in one of the largest-ever European cartel cases, where a group of truck makers were found to have colluded over 14 years to share information as to prices and the introduction of new emissions standards to customers in the market for medium and heavy trucks.
