Kendall's practice focuses on commercial disputes, complex class actions, antitrust litigation and white-collar criminal defense. Kendall has worked closely with multinational corporations on antitrust class action litigations and has leveraged his in-depth knowledge of federal procedure to ensure that A&O’s clients receive their full due-process protections in complex multi-district and class action proceedings.
Kendall has experience drafting, briefing, taking and defending depositions and working with experts on developing complex damages-focused analyses.
Kendall’s recent experience includes representing a global manufacturer of cathode ray tubes in a multi-district antitrust litigation, advising a former executive of a poultry producer facing criminal Sherman Act allegations, and prosecuting a 28 U.S.C. Section 1782 application to obtain discovery for use in a foreign proceeding on behalf of a foreign multinational corporation. Kendall also has experience representing companies in connection with SEC, CFTC, and FINRA investigations involving fraud and manipulation. Kendall currently represents a foreign bank in a complex antitrust litigation involving the foreign exchange market in the Southern District of New York, a domestic corporation in a commercial dispute involving its securities and a former executive of a hedge-fund facing securities fraud claims in the Eastern District of New York.
