Justyna is an advocate with broad professional experience covering consultancy on electronic trade, commercial contracts and new technologies law, as well as intellectual property rights and data protection.

Justyna has experience in a range of digital projects for clients across a range of sectors, including in the fields of digital health, fintech, connected vehicles and digital marketing, in particular concerning AI, ad-tech, the repurposing of data, profiling, programmatic and behavioural advertising. She has advised clients on strategies for managing legal risk on the digitalisation of their activities, including for strategic partnerships, cloud services, privacy and cybersecurity issues, data monetisation and the launch of online products and services throughout the entire lifecycle of the product or service.

She assists clients in managing the implementation of IT systems, and outsourcing solutions and cloud projects, and by negotiating agreements concerning the servicing, maintenance, implementation and licencing for IT solutions. She also represents clients in contentious cases carried out by the Polish Patent Office and Polish common courts, covering enforcement of the protection of intellectual property rights and fair competition principles.
