Justin specializes in international securities offerings, financial transactions and corporate governance and has extensive experience representing issuers, sponsors and underwriters in a wide range of domestic and cross-border capital markets transactions, including SEC-registered and private offerings of debt and equity securities. In the process, Justin has guided businesses through transformative transactions, including IPOs, public and private spin-offs, recapitalizations and corporate reorganizations.
Justin’s experience also includes advising lenders on complex cross-border share-backed lending facilities, and advising financial institutions, fintech companies and entrepreneurs on their development/adoption of capital markets technology platforms and distributed ledger technologies.
