Juliet has assisted clients with their programmes for the issuance of structured notes, warrants and certificates and has worked with clients to establish secured note programmes. She also advises clients in relation to structured products linked to a wide range of underlying assets including equity, index, inflation and credit-linked notes and sustainability-linked bonds. In addition to Juliet's experience advising on structured finance transactions, she has also worked with financial institutions on their LIBOR remediation projects.
