Josh has a wealth of experience advising clients on a wide range of corporate transactions, including international M&A, equity finance, joint ventures, growth and venture capital investments and general corporate advisory work. He has particular experience in the Tech sector and has worked with clients around the world on some of their most complex and innovative projects.

Josh is an active contributor to the firm’s pro bono programme and has been publicly recognised for his contribution winning the Lawworks Junior Division Pro Bono Award for advising Stonewall on ‘Turing’s Law’ in the UK. Josh has particular experience of advising not-for-profit organisations on a pro bono basis on governance aspects of English charity law and registration with the Charity Commission.
