Joseph Bolognese

Joe is an associate in the Leveraged Finance group in our New York office, concentrating on securities offerings and public company governance.
His experience includes representing issuers and financial institutions in high yield debt offerings and registered equity offerings by both U.S.-based companies and foreign private issuers. He also advises public company clients regarding a range of general corporate governance and securities laws matters, including SEC periodic reporting and disclosure requirements, shelf registrations, Section 16 reporting, stock exchange listing requirements and securities transfer issues.
