Jort is an associate in the Amsterdam Corporate M&A practice.
He specialises in (public) M&A, equity capital market and venture capital transactions. Jort has gained broad experience in advising companies and investors in the full life cycle of companies, including (early stage) equity financing rounds, IPOs and exits (both private M&A and public takeovers). He also gained experience at the litigation department, where his work included financial and commercial litigation and international arbitration.
