Zhejiang HangKe Technology on its global depository receipts (GDR) offering and listing on the SIX Swiss Exchange. Awarded Equity Market Deal of the Year, ALB Hong Kong Law Awards 2023.

The financial advisers on the public takeovers of HKEX-listed Vinda International by a member of the APRIL group, valued at USD3.6 billion.

The joint sponsors and underwriters on the HKEX listing of REPT BATTERO, the largest nickel producer’s EV battery unit, valued at USD5.4 billion.

The joint sponsors and underwriters on the H-share listing of JL MAG Rare-Earth on HKEX. JL MAG Rare-Earth is a company dual primary listed in Hong Kong and Shenzhen.
