Johanna focuses on all employment law aspects in relation to restructurings and transfer of businesses as well as outsourcing and offshoring projects. Furthermore, she frequently advises on reconciliation of interests and social plans, employment due diligence matters, employment compliance (including internal investigations) and on the implementation of codes of conduct. In addition, she focuses on corporate social responsibility and international employment law issues.
