Jochen, LL.M. (University of Michigan), is Head of the German Real Estate practice and Notar. He has advised various German, U.S., UK and Middle East investors on the sale, purchase and development of residential, retail, office, logistic and commercial real estate portfolios and works very closely with our leading experts from the financing, M&A, funds, tax and private equity practices.
Jochen joined Allen & Overy LLP from a leading international law firm, where he built up the real estate practice, heading it as a partner for nine years. He also teaches as a lecturer at the law faculties of Heidelberg and Münster universities.
Jochen is a member of our Alternative Investments Group.
