Joanna is a versatile M&A lawyer with extensive experience in advising on complex and high-value cross-border deals, intra-group restructurings and day-to-day corporate governance matters.
She has a strong track record of working with clients from various backgrounds, including private equity funds, international holdings and private companies, with a particular focus in the FMCG, manufacturing and technology sectors. Joanna combines legal expertise with commercial acumen and a keen interest in the business drivers and challenges of her clients.

Maspex Group, the largest private company in the food industry in Poland and one of the largest in CEE region, on its acquisition of the Becherovka brand and related assets from Pernod Ricard, including the production and logistics facilities in Karlovy Vary.

Innova Capital on its investment in R-GOL.com, a leading distributor of specialised equipment for football enthusiasts, professionals and football clubs in eleven countries in Central and Eastern Europe.

Innova Capital on the sale of a majority stake in Bakalland S.A, a market leading distributor of dried fruits and nuts to O&R holding (entity controlled by Rafał Brzoska).

OLX Group on the acquisition of Obido, an innovative real estate platform connecting housing developers and clients in Poland from its founders.
