Jill specializes in banking and real estate.
She qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales in March 2019. Jill has worked for several major financial institutions on a number of loan portfolio sales which involved the review of finance documents and general banking due diligence. Jill has spent time on secondment to the real estate team in London, assisting with a broad range of real estate transactions. Jill has particular experience in drafting and reviewing leases and ancillary property documentation, real estate finance transactions acting for the lender, acquisitions and disposals, due diligence and SPA negotiation in corporate structured sales and acquisitions, the co-ordination of multi-jurisdictional real estate reviews, large scale ground rent reviews, and drafting and submitting Land Registry and SDLT filings. As well as continuing to assist the London Real Estate Team, Jill also regularly works with the Real Estate Teams in the firm's Dubai and New York offices. Jill is well-versed in large-scale contract reviews, use of legal technology and management of LPs.
