Jessica is experienced in a broad range of financing transactions, including project finance, structured finance, general corporate and syndicated lending, green and sustainability-linked finance, leverage finance and private credit transactions.

She has acted on innovative and award-winning transactions, both sponsor and lender side, for a breadth of clients, including development finance institutions, corporates, credit funds, ECAs and commercial lenders.

She has extensive experience advising on cross border transactions in developing markets in ASEAN and the wider Asia-Pacific region, in particular in Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, Cambodia, India, Bangladesh and Myanmar.

Jessica has a particular focus on data centres and other digital infrastructure, renewables, green and sustainability-linked finance, development finance transactions and private credit.

Experience

Representative matters

EdgeConneX Inc., a leading global data centre developer, on USD403.8m sustainability-linked facilities for its subsidiary PT Graha Teknologi Nusantara to finance (i) the build out and capacity expansion of an existing multi-tenant data centre; and (ii) the development on adjacent land of greenfield built-to-suit data centre facilities for a global hyperscaler in Jakarta, Indonesia. Awarded IJ Global “Digital Infrastructure Deal of the Year” in 2024.

AdaniConneX, a 50:50 joint venture between Adani Enterprises Ltd. and EdgeConneX Inc., on the largest data centre financing in India to finance its under-construction data centre portfolio of 67MW in Noida and Chennai. Awarded “Digital Deal of the Year” at the PFI Awards 2024.

The Mandated Lead Arrangers on the financing of the 145 MW Cirata floating solar PV project in Indonesia. Awarded “Asia-Pacific Solar Deal of the Year” at the PFI Awards 2022.

The Lenders (including ADB and IFC) on the financing to Prime Road Alternative (Cambodia) Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Thailand-based Prime Road Power Public Company Limited, to fund the development of a 60MW solar power project in Kampong Chhnang province in central Cambodia. Awarded “Cambodia: Renewable Energy Deal of the Year” at The Asset Triple A Sustainable Infrastructure Awards 2023.
