Jenny has particular experience in leveraged and acquisition finance, acting principally for lenders including banks and private credit funds on sponsor-backed acquisition finance.
Jenny has recently been seconded to Goldman Sachs in London where she spent 9 months in their execution team, supporting transactions originated by their EMEA credit finance group.

The underwriters on the financing for the public-to-private acquisition by a subsidiary of a multinational financial institution of Kahoot!, a global learning platform.
The underwriters to finance the acquisition of Vodafone Holdings Europe, S.L.U., the Spanish branch of the leading telecommunications company, by Zegona PLC.
The underwriters to finance CVC’s acquisition of Business Integration Partners S.p.A., an international consultancy firm.
The underwriters to finance the public-to-private acquisition by EQT of Recipharm, one of the largest global pharmaceutical contract development and manufacturing organisations.
Pro bono
Mentoring young people through: the firm’s award-winning Smart Start programme; UpReach; and Future Frontiers.
Founding member of the Social Mobility Network and member of the Social Mobility Working Group.
