Knowledge Counsel

Jemma advises on a broad range of banking and finance related issues and has particular expertise in credit facility documentation and security.

As a member of the knowledge team, she tracks and analyses legal issues and developments which are relevant to the loan market and their implications for transactions and market practice.  She has been heavily involved in advising on LIBOR transition/RFRs in the European loan market.  Jemma also provides client-facing and internal training.

Prior to taking on a knowledge role, Jemma worked as a senior associate in the firm's Banking and Finance practice in London and also spent over two years in the firm's Frankfurt office.  She acted on a variety of cross-border and domestic banking transactions (including real estate financings, general lending matters and restructurings).
