Jean-Dominique concentrates on all aspects of real estate law and is in particular frequently involved in acquisition, disposal and structuring of structured portfolios for French and international investors.

He is also involved in the setting up of joint ventures between investors, financing acquisition, sale and leaseback transactions, real estate project development, set up of OPCI as well as in negotiation of commercial leases.

Jean-Dominique is recognised as a leading individual by Chambers and Partners and Legal 500 as well as by Who's Who Legal.

Jean-Dominique is a recognised practitioner by « Best Lawyers » since 2014 in Real Estate Law.

Representative matters

Ivanhoé Cambridge in all legal aspects of the development of the Duo Towers in Paris, designed by Jean Nouvel and first high rise building to be erected in Paris since the Montparnasse Tower 40 years ago.

Groupama in their project of development of the Tour The Link, which is to be the highest building in Paris La Défense, involving notably the current negotiation with Total of a commercial lease in future state of completion of 120.000 sqm of office area, acquisition of construction rights with EPADESA (95,000 sq.m), and negotiation of a development contract with the developer (Bouygues Immobilier).

BPD Europe on the sale of its French wholly-owned subsidiary BPD Marignan (a French leading real estate developer) to a consortium comprised of Les Nouveaux Constructeurs and Aermont Capital.

Twenty Two Real Estate on the disposal of the Ecosphère portfolio comprising three office properties located on Ile de la Jatte.
