Jan-Willem Pruegel

Jan-Willem primarily advises on technical intellectual property rights with a focus on patents in the field of life sciences.

He is regularly involved in the coordination and implementation of international infringement and damage compensation proceedings in and out of court. Jan-Willem is also often involved in solving pharmaceutical regulatory issues on a European and national level.

Jan-Willem is an advisory board member for one of the largest law clinics in Europe, which he co-founded when he was a student.
