Dr Jörg Weber



Jörg is working in the Munich banking department since 2016. He advises banks, financial institutions, investors and corporates in matters of German and cross-border banking and finance law transactions. His work particularly focuses on syndicated loans, acquisition finance and financial restructurings. 

Before joining Allen & Overy LLP as an attorney he worked as a trainee in other major law firms in Mannheim and New York, as well as for the Financial Committee of the German parliament (Bundestag).
