Aermont Capital on the sale of its stake in The Social Hub to GIC and APG, valuing the company at EUR 2.1bn.

Sif Holding on its EUR 328m final investment decision to construct the world’s largest monopile foundation manufacturing plant in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.

NLFI on the Dutch State’s partial sell-down of shares in ABN AMRO.
