He is an experienced and versatile Russian-speaking lawyer specialising in banking and dispute resolution, including domestic and cross-border litigations and arbitrations. His wide ranging banking and finance expertise includes general lending, syndicated lending, project finance, real estate finance, securitisation, derivatives and bank regulation. Igor also practises in the areas of international capital markets and M&A.
