Holly has over nine years’ experience working in Asia-Pacific. She regularly advises trustees and agents on a wide range of transactions, including bond issuances, debt programmes, general corporate loan facilities (syndicated and bilateral), high yield bonds and other debt instruments.

Holly has experience advising trustees and agents across APAC in connection with defaults, modifications, waivers, liability management exercises, Islamic financing and debt repackagings. In addition, Holly is across regulatory developments affecting trustees and agents in the region and regularly presents to clients on a range of topics, including, most recently, developments in benchmark discontinuation.
