Holger advises clients in all areas of dispute resolution both in and out of court. A major focus of Holger’s work is cross-border civil litigation.

Holger regularly advises national and international clients on private international law, especially in the banking and financial sector. Holger has experience advising clients in complex civil liability cases, inter alia in the context of real estate and tax-driven transactions. He regularly publishes on questions of private international law. In his doctoral thesis, Holger focused on the cross-border recognition and enforcement of judgments in civil and commercial matters.
