He has a deep understanding of the Vietnamese legal and business environment, and regularly assists private equity funds, enterprises, banks and financial institutions with their inbound and outbound investments, joint ventures, restructurings, financings and regulatory matters.

Minh joined A&O in 2018, bringing with him valuable insights from his previous roles at leading Vietnamese and foreign law firms, as an in-house counsel for a joint venture of Canal+ in Vietnam and as a secondee to the legal and compliance department of the Hanoi branch of a Japanese banking and financing services institution. He is a pragmatic and commercially minded lawyer who delivers practical and innovative solutions.
