He has acted for both borrowers and lenders on a wide range of domestic and cross-border deals and restructurings, both in and out of court. Géza is dual-qualified as a solicitor (England & Wales) and advocaat (the Netherlands). He regularly lectures and publishes on topics related to his practice.
