Guido has more than 20 years’ experience in international taxation of corporate groups and banks.

In the course of his career, he has advised in particular on corporate structurings, ongoing corporate taxation and numerous inbound investments by non-domestic banking groups. Guido has broad experience in the field of tax compliance (e.g. tax declaration, tax reporting), field audit support, tax restructuring and withholding tax Issues.

Before joining Allen & Overy, Guido worked for several years as head of tax / tax senior manager for the German entities of a non-domestic banking group. Before that, he worked in the tax department of a major audit and tax advisory firm for over 10 years, rising to the position of manager, where he advised corporate and banking groups.
