Grace has experience advising on a range of cross-border private and public M&A, private equity, venture capital, corporate venture capital and joint venture transactions. 
Grace is a technology sector specialist and regularly advises regional and international technology businesses and investors on all stages of capital fundraisings, acquisitions and exits. Grace was nominated for the award of Female Corporate Lawyer of the Year at the 2022 LexisNexis Women in Law Awards. She also acts as co-chair of the Middle East Venture Capital Association Legal Practice Committee.
