Frederic is an English law qualified counsel with more than 16 years of post-qualification experience at the firm.
He advises investors and other stakeholders (both domestic and international and on both lender- and sponsor-side) on a wide range of finance transactions: project finance (infrastructure and energy), leveraged and acquisition finance (both private and public bid financings and in respect of targets in Italy or abroad), real estate finance, ECA-backed financings and restructuring transactions. He also advises borrowers and lenders on investment grade loans and private placements. Most of the transactions he works on are cross-border and he has vast experience working with emerging markets.
