Flora has significative experience in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate restructuring of groups. She advises corporate clients and capital investment funds in France, abroad and on cross-border deals.
She is an active member of the A&O PENRI practice (Projects, Energy, Natural Ressources and Infrastructure), with specific expertise and focus on renewable energy. Flora was involved over the last years on leading transactions in this sector (solar, onshore and offshore wind, energy efficiency).
