Fergus advises on commercial contracts, technology and IP matters relevant to a wide range of commercial and corporate transactions. He has particular experience advising on complex and material agreements on significant, high value digital infrastructure and telecommunications projects across the globe. Fergus also has experience advising on the commercial, IP and technology aspects of M&A transactions in IP-rich and technology sectors (often involving complex separation and licensing considerations), and on complex agreements (including in respect of licensing, manufacturing and development) for standalone, IP-heavy projects.
