Eva Kubalkova

Eva is a Professional Support Lawyer in the Prague office. She is responsible for managing know-how resources, drafting and updating standard form precedents, and ensuring that both corporate and finance practices of the Prague office are kept up to date on all current legal and regulatory developments. Eva has a range of transactional and technical experience in corporate and finance law, as well as, insolvency, real estate and regulatory areas. Prior to joining Allen & Overy, Eva was a corporate associate at a major international law firm advising in relation to Czech merger control and antitrust law, state aid and public procurement, energy and environmental law, and consumer protection law.
