Eric has experience advising clients on a wide variety of derivatives and structured finance transactions, balance sheet securitisations (including financial guarantees and credit default swaps), bond and loan repackagings, securities linked to a wide range of underlying assets, CLO transactions, securitisation swaps and project finance hedging.

In addition, Eric has also worked with financial institutions in relation to their compliance with margin rules and negotiating initial margin documentation and has experience in the delivery of legal tech products.

Eric has worked in London and in New York and has spent time on secondment at Morgan Stanley.
