Enrique specializes in administrative and judicial proceedings before Spanish and European authorities and courts (Spanish Competition Agency, National Court, Supreme Court, European Commission, etc.).

His experience extends to advising and representing clients in cartel matters, cooperation agreements between companies, distribution and vertical agreements, abuses of dominant position and merger control.

In addition, Enrique regularly advises on competition compliance programmes, collaborating in the design, implementation, execution and evaluation of compliance programmes in multinational companies, including training sessions for employees and managers.

Finally, Enrique currently teaches commercial contracting at the Master's Degree in Law of the European University of Madrid and has taught Competition Law at Universidad Complutense, Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, Instituto de Estudios Bursátiles and Real Colegio Universitario María Cristina.
