Emma specialises in M&A transactions (both domestic and cross-border), including private acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures (entry and exit) and strategic investments, with a particular focus on transactions within the private equity sector.
She has experience acting for a wide range of clients, including corporates, financial sponsors, investment funds and government entities. Emma has also regularly advised several companies listed on the London Stock Exchange on the UK Listing Rules and UK Corporate Governance Code.
Emma joined Allen & Overy in 2021, having previously worked for other international law firms in Dubai, London and Stockholm and as in-house legal/M&A adviser to a major international private equity fund in London.
