Emily advises trustees and employers on a wide range of pensions issues for both DB and DC schemes, including contentious and non-contentious matters.
In particular, Emily has advised on interpretation of pensions legislation and scheme documentation, pension taxation queries and member disputes. Emily also has experience of advising clients in relation to data protection compliance and ESG issues.
