Eleonore Dalbin

Eléonore advises on Luxembourg law matters relating to private and public M&A transactions, joint ventures, management roll-overs, debt and equity financings, corporate restructurings and other Luxembourg private company matters. 

She is skilled in drafting, negotiating and reviewing complex contracts and legal documents, conducting due diligence exercises and legal research. Her experience includes acting for multinational corporations, real estate and private equity funds, and their portfolio companies, on both cross-border and domestic transactions.

Prior to joining the firm in 2022, she worked for over 5 years in another leading Luxembourg law firm.
