Donia focuses her practice on regulatory and asset management matters. 

She advises management companies on the setting-up, structuring and marketing of all type of alternative investment funds (debt funds, real estate funds, private equity funds, feeder/master funds as well as French “Autres FIA”) and on their licensing and regulatory requirements.

Her experience also includes advising investors, including DFIs, family offices, insurance companies, funds-of-funds and many other institutional investors and supra-national institutions with respect to their investments into investment funds across a wide range of jurisdictions.
