Dominique has experience advising on a range on non-contentious and contentious employment law issues, including litigation relating to claims of discrimination, victimisation, sexual harassment, unfair dismissal and whistleblowing detriment. She also advises clients on the employment aspects of corporate transactions including due diligence, warranties and indemnities and multi-jurisdictional advice.
