Devin focuses his practice on corporate M&A, private equity and securities law. He counsels publicly traded and privately held companies and private equity sponsors on a range of corporate and securities matters, including domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, equity financings, joint ventures, internal reorganizations, corporate governance and securities law compliance.
Devin's practice spans multiple industries, including asset management, technology, consumer products and life sciences. He has advised such clients as:
- Macquarie Investment Management on its acquisition of the mutual fund management business of Foresters Investment Management Company, Inc. (the investment adviser of the First Investors Funds and First Investors Life Series Funds);
- Associated British Foods plc on its acquisition of Anthony’s Goods (a leading digital-native brand in the natural and organic food space);
- WillScot Corporation on its acquisition of Modular Space Holdings, Inc. (a modular building manufacturer and supplier); and
- Aser Ventures on its Series D investment in Whistle (a YouTube- and social media-centric entertainment company).
