Delphine has been working in the ICM department of the firm since 2006.
She joined from the AMAFI (Association Française des Marchés Financiers) where she worked as Head of Legal Affairs from 2001 to 2006. In this role, she has worked extensively on the FSAP (Financial Services Action Plan) and all regulations it triggered. She manages a transversal vision of the financial ecosystem. She is also involved in A&O Shearman's Sustainable Finance and Digital Finance initiatives.

Pro bono

Advising an association dedicated to providing training to prisoners in order to help them to find a new way of life.

Assisting such association in bond issuances under the special agreement of "Contrat à impact social" and subsequent consequences linked to an issuance of financial instruments.
