David is Chair of the Global Projects, Energy, Natural Resources and Infrastructure board and specialises in energy and infrastructure-related work acting for sponsors, funders and the public sector. David is recognised as a leading market practitioner.

He has advised on a broad range of deals ranging from the privatisation of the Green Investment Bank (now Green Investment Group, involving a range of offshore wind projects) to the development financing of projects such as roads, hospitals and satellites. David is also heavily involved in the growth of the firm’s decarbonisation business as the world transitions to net zero.
