David Van Gaever

Counsel

David specialises in securities law, banking and debt capital markets regulation. 

He advises clients on structured finance transactions, including securitisation and fiduciary structures, structured products and placements and buy-backs of securities.

David also advises on listing and admission to trading of securities on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and any on-going obligations deriving from such listings.

He joined the firm in 2021.
