David has experience advising clients on a wide range of contentious matters, including banking, commercial and pensions litigation in the High Court, judicial review claims, commercial arbitrations under ICC Rules, and criminal and regulatory investigations by the Financial Conduct Authority and the Serious Fraud Office.
His practice focuses on banking litigation, public law, political law, and pensions litigation. He also maintains an active pro bono practice, representing vulnerable people in appeals to public bodies.
