Dan is a partner in the global Projects, Energy, Natural Resources and Infrastructure practice, based in our Los Angeles office. He represents developers, sponsors, lenders and investors in capital and infrastructure projects. Focusing on the renewable energy sector, he handles transactions including development, debt finance, equity finance and mergers and acquisitions.

Dan is a ranked lawyer in the Chambers Global, Projects: Renewables & Alternative Energy (2020-2021) and Chambers USA, Nationwide Projects: Renewables and Alternative Energy (2019-2022). He was named a Los Angeles Business Journal, Leader in Law in 2018 and a Law360 top five-project attorney under 40 in 2012.
