Cristina specialises in advising Spanish and worldwide banks and corporates, on a range of capital markets transactions including regulatory capital, ESG bonds, hybrid bonds, plain vanilla bonds, commercial paper, mortgage covered bonds, structured bonds, tender offers etc., either in Programme form (EMTN/GMTN/ECP) or as a standalone trade, subject to public or private offerings and admitted for listing on Spanish or foreign markets.

She has also participated in numerous liability management transactions and has also advised as regards placing and admission to trading requirements of equity securities.

Cristina has also experience in blockchain issuances and blockchain related debt matters.

Cristina has also experience working and advising on traditional and synthetic securitisation transactions and on distressed debt trading transactions. She has also advice in the design and negotiation of financial derivative instruments and structured products, as well participated in domestic and international syndicated financing transactions and financial debt restructuring transactions.

Cristina has been nominated by Iberian Lawyer Forty under 40 and Best Lawyers for her work in debt capital markets.
