Craig’s practice focuses on international investment, commercial and construction arbitration, as well as complex commercial and antitrust litigation in the United States federal and state courts.

He also advises clients on various issues arising under public international law, including international humanitarian law, international human rights law, the law of treaties, international organizations, extradition and mutual legal assistance, sanctions, and diplomatic, consular, and sovereign immunities. Additionally, Craig has conducted large internal investigations for clients facing inquiries by domestic and foreign regulators. Prior to joining Allen & Overy, Craig worked as an associate in the Washington, DC and Doha, Qatar offices of a U.S.-based international law firm.
